About ac365
Trusted by thousands of Bangladeshi players — where passion for gaming meets a safe, fair, and rewarding experience.
Our Mission
ac365 was built with one clear purpose: to give every Bangladeshi player access to a world-class online gaming platform they can truly trust.
ac365 was founded by a team of gaming industry veterans and technology enthusiasts who recognized a simple truth: players in Bangladesh deserved better. Better game selection, better payment support with local methods like bKash, Nagad, and Rocket, and better overall protection. From that founding vision, ac365 has grown into one of the most recognized online casino and sports betting destinations serving the Bangladeshi market.
Our mission is straightforward: provide a platform where adults aged 21 and above can enjoy fair, transparent, and entertaining gaming while feeling completely secure. We invest continuously in technology, game content, and customer service so that every session on ac365 — whether you are spinning the reels, placing a cricket bet on the BPL or T20 World Cup, or enjoying live casino tables — feels premium, smooth, and genuinely enjoyable.
Who We Serve
ac365 is built around the Bangladeshi gaming community — a diverse and passionate audience that spans casual players to dedicated sports bettors.
We understand the Bangladeshi market deeply. From Dhaka to Chittagong, Sylhet to Khulna, our players come from every corner of the country. That is why we have built our platform with local preferences in mind: Bengali-friendly interfaces, local payment integrations, and game categories that resonate with Bangladeshi tastes — from cricket betting during the BPL season to fast-paced live casino action with Evolution Gaming and Pragmatic Play.
We take responsible gaming seriously too. ac365 is strictly for adults aged 21 and above. We provide self-exclusion tools, deposit limit settings, and direct access to responsible gaming guidance so every player can manage their entertainment safely and sustainably. Our platform is a place for fun — and we want to keep it that way.

The Values We Live By
Four principles guide every decision we make at ac365 — from how we build features to how we handle every player interaction.
-
Integrity
We operate with complete honesty. Our game odds, bonus terms, and policies are clearly stated, with no hidden conditions.
-
Transparency
We believe players deserve to know exactly how our platform works. T&C are written in plain language, not buried in legal jargon.
-
Player Care
Every support request matters. We treat each player as an individual — not a ticket number — and resolve issues with genuine care.
-
Continuous Improvement
We never stand still. Our team reviews player feedback every week and ships improvements to keep ac365 ahead of the curve.
ac365 is committed to responsible gaming for all Bangladeshi players. We uphold strict 21+ age verification and provide tools that keep entertainment healthy, balanced, and enjoyable long-term.
Our Commitment to Bangladesh
Bangladesh is not simply a market for ac365 — it is our home. We have built every aspect of this platform with Bangladeshi players in mind, from payment infrastructure that supports bKash, Nagad, and Rocket to game libraries curated for local tastes. During major cultural moments — Eid, Pohela Boishakh, Victory Day — we run special promotions and bonuses that celebrate alongside our community. We speak the same language, follow the same cricket, and share the same excitement when the Bangladesh Tigers take the field.
Looking ahead, ac365 will continue to expand its game portfolio, bring in new sports betting markets, and deepen its local payment partnerships so that every player in Bangladesh — whether depositing ৳500 or ৳50,000 — gets the same premium experience. We are here for the long run, and our growth is only meaningful when our players grow with us.
