1. Introduction

All pending withdrawal requests may be withheld pending resolution.

3. Account Registration & Security

When you register an account with ac365, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password. You are solely liable for all activity that occurs under your account. Please observe the following security obligations:

• Never share your password or account credentials with any third party. ac365 staff will never ask for your password under any circumstances.
• Notify ac365 immediately via support channels if you suspect unauthorised access to your account or believe your credentials have been compromised.
• Use a strong, unique password for your ac365 account and do not reuse credentials from other services. Enable any two-factor authentication options where available.
• Do not allow other persons, including family members, to access or use your ac365 account. Each individual must register their own separate account.

The Company cannot be held liable for losses arising from a user's failure to maintain adequate personal security measures.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

ac365 supports a range of payment methods commonly used in Bangladesh to make funding your account and withdrawing winnings as straightforward as possible. The following conditions apply to all financial transactions on the platform:

• Accepted deposit methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and selected bank transfers (e.g., Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank). Minimum and maximum deposit thresholds are displayed at the cashier screen.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the deposit where technically possible. Withdrawal requests are reviewed within 24-72 hours Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6) under normal operating conditions.

The Company is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors, bank processing times, or network outages beyond our control. All amounts are displayed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT). Currency conversion fees, if applicable, are borne by the user.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

ac365 periodically offers bonuses and promotional incentives to both new and existing players. All bonus offers are subject to the following general conditions, as well as any specific terms published alongside each individual promotion:

• Bonuses are credited to your account only after the relevant qualifying deposit has been confirmed and processed. The welcome bonus is available to new users on their first qualifying deposit only.

6. Prohibited Activities

Users of ac365 are strictly prohibited from engaging in any of the following activities. Violations may result in account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of funds, and where appropriate, reporting to relevant authorities:

• Using automated bots, scripts, or software to interact with the platform in a manner not intended for human users, including but not limited to automated betting systems.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or co-ordinated betting activity designed to manipulate game outcomes or exploit platform vulnerabilities.
• Attempting to launder money or use the platform for any fraudulent, criminal, or illegal financial activity, including the use of stolen payment credentials.
• Creating multiple accounts for any purpose, including claiming bonuses more than once, circumventing account restrictions, or exploiting referral programmes.
• Posting, transmitting, or distributing abusive, offensive, defamatory, or threatening content through any communication channel provided by ac365, including live chat and customer support.

ac365 employs fraud detection systems and manual review processes to identify prohibited behaviour. The Company's determination of whether a violation has occurred is final and binding, subject to the dispute resolution procedure outlined in Section 9 of these Terms.

7. Intellectual Property

All content published on ac365.vin, including but not limited to logos, graphics, game interfaces, text, software, trademarks, and branding materials, is the exclusive intellectual property of ac365 or its licensed content providers. No part of this content may be reproduced, distributed, modified, publicly displayed, or commercially exploited without the prior written consent of ac365.

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the ac365 platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming and betting purposes. This licence does not include the right to scrape, crawl, copy, frame, mirror, or otherwise extract data or content from the platform using automated or manual means.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ac365 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from or relating to your use of, or inability to use, the platform. The Company does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or secure access to the platform at all times. 9. Dispute Resolution

If you have a complaint or dispute relating to your ac365 account or any transaction, you should contact our customer support team in the first instance via the email address provided on this platform. Our team will acknowledge your complaint within 48 hours and aim to provide a full resolution within 10 business days, measured in Bangladesh Standard Time (BST).

ac365's decision on any complaint shall be final and binding once the internal review process has been completed. Users who remain dissatisfied following the internal resolution process may seek independent legal advice. The Company's determination of game outcomes is supported by certified RNG (Random Number Generator) and RTP audit data and shall not be subject to reversal on the basis of perceived unfairness alone.

10. Amendments to These Terms

ac365 reserves the right to revise, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. Amendments take effect from the date they are published on the ac365.vin website. Continued use of the platform after an amendment has been published constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

However, the obligation to review these Terms remains with the user at all times.

11. Account Suspension & Termination

ac365 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any user account without prior notice if, in the Company's reasonable judgement, the user has breached any provision of these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or illegal activity, or poses a risk to the integrity of the platform or the safety of other users. In cases of suspected fraud, all funds in the account may be frozen pending investigation.

Users may close their own account voluntarily at any time by contacting customer support. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining real-money balance (net of any applicable bonus deductions) will be processed for withdrawal to the verified payment method on file, subject to completion of pending KYC requirements. Bonus balances that have not met their rollover conditions will be forfeited upon account closure.

12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and all matters relating to your use of the ac365 platform are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. ac365 makes no representation that the services it provides are appropriate or available for use in all geographic locations. Users are responsible for ensuring that their use of ac365 complies with all local laws applicable in their jurisdiction. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
